PreCash sells Prepaid Refills for most major prepaid cellular phone plans. Instead of buying the plastic card you find at many providers, the stores that use PreCash can recharge your minutes by computer. The transaction is processed electronically, generating a confirmation receipt that contains the PIN you need to activate the new minutes. Couldn’t be easier!
