A. The Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card is a real prepaid Visa card you sell at
your point of sale. Your customer can activate the card over the phone while still inside your
store, and then use the card immediately to pay a deposit or make a purchase wherever Visa debit
cards are accepted. This allows you to sell items previously out of reach to your cash-paying
customers – merchandise and services whose terms require a Visa
® card to close the deal.

Q. Can a customer call my store to load cash to their Vision Premier

No. The customer can only load cash by physically going to a participating retailer. They
cannot do this over the phone or over the Internet.

A. Yes. Your customer can use their instant issue card for a wireless
or satellite service deposit or to schedule a recurring payment. These types of payments will be
accepted as long as the customer has available funds on their card.

Q. How can a customer find my location to buy or reload a Vision Premier
Prepaid Visa Card?
A. PreCash will add your location(s) to our Vision merchant locator.
Customers call this toll-free number to find a Vision location in their area. If your store matches
the customer’s area, then you are one of the locations given. The customer hears a recording that
gives your store’s name, address and phone number.

Q. Do I need to receive training before I begin selling the Vision Premier
Prepaid Visa Card product?
A. Yes. A simple online training session is required by Visa and the Issuing
Bank. Once PreCash verifies that you have taken the training, we can ship your Visa Premier Prepaid
Visa Card inventory. (PreCash will send you an email containing a link to your training once your
paperwork has been processed.) There is also supplemental training on WebConnect, the online
interface used to process PreCash transactions. This training will show you how to make up to
$50 or more on each Vision Premier Prepaid Visa Card you sell, how to reload all Vision Prepaid
Cards, how to reorder supplies, and manage your card inventory. It’s perfect for training all of
your employees and can be accessed as often as you wish.
