The Prepaid Refill service allows you to sell prepaid cell phone minutes to customers using any participating service provider. The revolutionary PreCash system accomplishes the refills electronically, via computer, eliminating the need to order, stock and refill traditional plastic cards. You simply take the cash payment and the transaction is processed electronically generating a confirmation receipt and PIN for the customer to activate the new minutes.

How it works:

Your clerk logs on to WebConnect, a secure PreCash website and selects customer’s cell phone service provider and the refill amount from drop down menus. They collect the refill amount, click a button to submit and they’re done. A receipt is generated, containing the PIN that the customer needs to activate the minutes and you receive your commission via ACH credit.
